Mobile Minder Agent ("the App", "we", "our") is an Android notification alert application developed for personal use. The App is designed to run entirely on the user's local device without any network communication for data collection purposes.

The App reads notification metadata (such as sender name) solely for the purpose of matching against your locally stored priority rules and triggering the appropriate alert. This metadata is never stored, logged, or sent anywhere.
The App requests the following Android permissions. Each permission is used only for the stated in-app purpose and is never used to collect data for any other reason.
Why: Required to receive notification events from the Android system. The App reads the sender name/package to match priority rules. Notification content (message body) is not accessed or stored.
Why: Required to display animation overlays on your screen when a notification is received. Without this permission, screen animations cannot function.
Why: Required to control the device's flashlight/LED flash. The camera is never activated or used to capture images or video.
Why: Required to detect incoming call events so call alert animations and sounds can be triggered.
Why: Allows the background notification listening service to restart automatically after your device reboots.
Why: Required to keep the notification listening service running reliably in the background on modern Android versions.
Why: Allows the App to vibrate the device as part of a notification alert pattern.
The App stores the following data locally on your device using Android's standard application storage APIs:
This data is stored in JSON format in the App's private storage directory on your device. It is inaccessible to other apps and is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App. It never leaves your device.
Mobile Minder Agent does not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or social sign-in services. The App makes no outgoing network connections for data collection of any kind.
The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google's own privacy practices govern the distribution and installation process. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy for details on how Google handles app distribution data.
Mobile Minder Agent does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Because the App collects no personal data from anyone, it poses no special risk to children. The App is rated for general audiences.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Because no personal data is collected, any future changes are unlikely to affect users in a meaningful way.
